The intention as the Interior Designer from the beginning is to translate and create a vision based on your wants and needs of a memorable timeless interior space. I will be there every step of the way, listening and understanding what is needed for the scope of the project. Taking care of every detail that allows you to remove the pressure and stress load off your shoulders. The end goal is to create a harmonious, innovative and lasting design giving prominence on carefully sourced high quality materials for the space.  

The design process will range from measuring each room, creating documents, space planning, sourcing and purchasing all the furniture, finishes, accessories and equipment that best suits the design. This entails coordinating with all the vendor specialists, architect/contractor and developing a seamless project management throughout each phase of the project.

We will begin with a free discovery 30 minute call. This call will be a great time to gather information where I can understand your wants, needs, lifestyle and budget. We will create a detailed proposal for your project scope. Once the proposal has been reviewed and signed, we can begin the process of the design phase.

Discovery Pre-Design

This is the moment where we can start to envision all the possibilities and make your dream a reality. After assessing your goals and identifying the space, we can develop a design concept that creates a cohesive design throughout. After getting your approval of the direction of the project, we will begin to develop the floor plans, elevations, architectural details and mood boards to get the overall feeling of the design.

In this phase is when we get into the weeds of all the details and start seeing the vision come to life. Once the drawings are approved, we will start to source all the furniture, finishes and equipment. The design presentation will include all items and will be able to make decisions. 

We will work closely with the vendor specialist, architect and contractor to get the project moving along on schedule. We will be taking care of all the procurement purchasing goods from sourcing to installation phase. Overseeing the installation will ensure the quality deficiencies are being addressed and making sure the drawings are being followed. The goal is to make this process as smooth as possible and problem solve in each of the phases of the project. We will take care of all the hard stuff so you won’t need to worry about a thing. The final outcome will be more than worth it!
